With this trend, agents often frequent their agency offices less often. Thus, HomeLink Computer Services (HLCS) has developed a service to share valuable Metro-Atlanta real estate data with the thousands of these hard working agents via e-mail. This data may come from such sources as FMLS, MLS or HBA entities. For years these agents have been given this same sort of data in printed form. Now HLCS is simply providing this same type of data in electronic form. In order to insure the highest quality of professionalism in our service, here are the protocols that we observe:

1). Our list will never be sold, leased, revealed or anyway distributed to any other persons, entities, organizations or companies.
2). All e-mailings with comply with these guidelines:
     a). No misleading subjects in the e-mails
     b). Those who ask to be removed will be
     c). Replies will go to an actual e-mail address
3). Only info from Metro Atlanta FMLS, MLS, HBA related companies and our HLCS communiqués will be distributed. In other words, we will not send out info on FSBO's, etc.
4). No more than five e-mails will be generated on any one day.
5). E-mails will be no larger than 50 kilobytes in size.
